چکیده
Abstract Aims Male breast cancer (MBC) is rare and accounts for 1% of all cancers. We present a case series three very histological subtype MBC within one year in UK hospital. Methods retrospectively identified MBCs from the local database. Their presentations, radiology histopathology were analysed. Results Three 2019 to 2020. A healthy 28-year-old presented with right lump. Ultrasound (USS) revealed partially cystic 15mm U3 lesion. Mammography (MMG) was suggestive gynaecomastia (M2). Biopsy inconclusive. Diagnostic excision Papillary Ductal Carcinoma Situ (DCIS) involved margin. Mastectomy Sentinel Node (SNB) confirmed low-grade DCIS. 48-year-old background hyperlipidaemia 2-year history left axillary PET CT demonstrated an FDG-avid USS showed superficial 28mm MMG 34mm density (M4). Mucinous Carcinoma. Wide Local Excision SNB grade 2 75-year-old cardiac disease, COPD Type Diabetes, retro-areolar 47mm mass 41mm lesion wall thickening (U4). Cytology intra-cystic papillary carcinoma. All subtypes are extremely account less than 4% MBCs. Conclusions but increasing incidence. More research awareness needed minimise delays diagnosis treatment even young men.
